Production Employee (Holobox assembly)

Holoconnects produces the Holobox in-house in Culemborg, capacity is currently 20 to 30 units per month and growing. We're hiring a Production Employee to help assemble and quality-check the displays before they ship to customers around the world.

What you'll do

Assemble Holobox units according to documented build procedures, transparent LCD, custom light box, touch system, audio, and connectivity.

Quality-check completed units. Run the calibration and burn-in process. Flag and document any issues for engineering review.

Help prepare units for shipment, packaging, documentation, and coordination with logistics.

Contribute to continuous improvement of the production process as we scale.

What we're looking for

MBO / VMBO technical background or equivalent hands-on experience.

Attention to detail and a pride in your work, Holoboxes ship to demanding customers like premium hotels and broadcast studios.

Comfortable with electronics assembly, basic wiring, and following structured procedures.

Team player. Comfortable in Dutch; basic English is a plus.
