A conference panel discussion where every panelist appears on the stage as a life size hologram, from their own studio location anywhere in the world. The audience sees the discussion as if all participants are physically present. No travel schedules, no jet-lagged panelists, no compromise on presence.
The problem
Curating a genuinely valuable conference panel means recruiting speakers whose calendars don’t clear easily, a leading researcher on one continent, an operator running a company on another, a policymaker whose travel window is measured in hours, not days.
The traditional workaround is a video-conference panel on a projection screen. The audience sees the compromise: participants at different sizes, backgrounds mismatched, the visual signal reads as broadcast rather than as a discussion. Content quality is compromised by medium quality.
The hologram version
A hologram conference panel places a Holobox in each panelist position on the stage. Each Holobox connects to the corresponding panelist’s origin studio in real time. From the audience, the panel reads as a physically present group, same visual weight per panelist, same eye-level interaction, natural conversational rhythm between speakers.
The moderator can be physically present (at a lectern beside the hologram panelists) or also a hologram (all-hologram panel with the moderator broadcast from a central studio).
