Why rent a Holobox
Renting suits a one-off moment — a trade-show stand, a product launch, a conference keynote, a retail activation — where you want the impact of a life-size hologram without a permanent installation. You get the same effect a bought unit delivers: a subject that looks genuinely present, seen by everyone in front of it, in normal lighting. When the technology earns a permanent place — a reception, showroom, or clinic — buying or leasing usually makes more sense.

How Holobox rental works
- Tell us the dates, location, and what you want to show — we quote per your model and rental period.
- We deliver the Holobox to your venue and install it.
- We run a full test before your event starts.
- You run it plug-and-play; live technical support on the day is optional.
- We collect the unit afterwards.
What the rental quote lists
Delivery, installation and pickup are listed as separate lines in the rental quote; on-site technical support during the event is optional and quoted separately. Our technicians run a test before you start. It needs only power and an internet connection; where there is no network on site we can supply a 4G/5G router. Content can be produced in our Holoconnects studio in Culemborg, or you can bring your own — your video, product, or presenter in your own house style.
What renting a Holobox costs
There is no fixed rental price — it depends on the model, the rental period, the location, and whether you need content production, so every rental is quoted individually. For indicative from-rates and the buy / lease options, see the price list.
Rent, buy, or lease
