Holographic display statistics & impact.

Life-size holographic displays are in commercial use today — in hospitals, hotels, and global brand activations — not a concept. This is a sourced reference of the data points that matter: real deployments, engagement figures, the range and prices, and the independent press record. Every figure below names its source.

Real-world deployments

The most citable statistic about holographic displays is where they already run:

Engagement (Holoconnects-reported)

From a recent Holoconnects campaign — reported by Holoconnects, not an independent study:

Independent, per-deployment results (dwell-time, conversion and ROI for named brands) are measured case by case; contact us for the figures relevant to your sector.

346 customers rate us 9.5/10. From the first US hologram hospital to hotels across Europe.

Do holographic displays work for business?

Yes — they are in commercial use today, not a concept. Holoconnects' transparent-LCD Holobox is deployed for hospital consultations (Crescent Regional Hospital, the first US hospital to do so), hotel reception across the CIC Hospitality rollout planned for 30 hotels, and brand activations for BMW, Canva and others. The effect is visible to the naked eye, so several people see it at once without a headset.

Are holograms effective for marketing and engagement?

Holoconnects reports that in a recent campaign 91% of participants gave a strong positive response and 75% recalled the experience afterwards. Because a life-size holographic display is unusual and viewable by everyone present, it draws attention and dwell time that a flat screen does not — which is why brands use it for launches, stands and reveals.

How much does a holographic display cost?

The 22-inch Holobox Mini starts at €4,500, The 43 at €9,000, The 75 at €18,500, and the life-size 86-inch Holobox at €25,000; a two-part Hologrid wall starts at €45,000. Content production is quoted separately, and every model can be bought, leased, or rented.

Who uses holographic displays?

Hospitals (Crescent Regional Hospital), hotel groups (CIC Hospitality, Aiden by Best Western), global brands (BMW, Canva), and institutions (the UN's ITC-ILO, a UAE government activation with Capgemini). Sectors span hospitality, telehealth, retail, events and education.
