IRIS OS is the control plane: design the experience, keep the fleet online, and switch seamlessly between pre-recorded content, a live human, and managed AI agents, on a Holobox and on every other device you put in front of a visitor. The IRIS is the appliance that runs that stack. Compact. Matte. Built for the edge of any install.

What you see on the desk

A compact mini-PC chassis with a matte dark finish. Front USB, audio jack and power. Rear I/O packed for the install: dual HDMI, USB4, 2.5G LAN and DC power. It is built to sit next to the display, not in a rack.

Under the hood: an Intel Core i5-12450H, 16 GB of memory expandable to 96 GB, and a 512 GB SSD expandable to 10 TB. Video is dual HDMI plus USB4, driving up to four 4K displays and 8K capable, over a 2.5G Ethernet network. It ships pre-installed and ready to use. The launch kit adds a slim camera module, a circular mesh peripheral, and braided cables: plug in power and network, point the camera, and it runs.

One stack, many screens

The IRIS is one stack for every screen: a Holobox, a TV, Holofans, or any other display. Switch the experience live between pre-recorded content, a live human, and managed AI agents. Agents can show a visual character, or run with no visual component at all. No rebuild, and no truck roll for a mode change.

AI agents are the digital workers in the experience: they greet, answer, route, and take simple tasks. Managed agents are those same agents under IRIS OS, so you publish them, monitor them, update them, and switch them live across the fleet from one browser. A holographic greeter on a Holobox is one form; a voice-only or backend-only agent that routes and books while the screen shows your content is another. Same stack, with or without a face on screen.

What IRIS OS does on the device

Four jobs, one browser, no technician on site. Build the experience with drag-and-drop buttons, menus, images and video, in Dutch, English, French or more, and publish live. Integrate AI and managed agents into the flow. Put a real person on the call with two-way video and audio when the visit needs one. And run the whole fleet remotely: see every device online or offline, push content, set up WiFi, with automatic updates and self-recovery.
