Live on air: CANAL+ Champions League
CANAL+, the French premium broadcaster, uses the Holobox in its UEFA Champions League coverage (rights 2024 to 2027) to beam journalists and footballers from stadiums across Europe into the CANAL Champions Club studio as life-size, real-time holograms. The host and guests interact with them live, on air.
“The Holobox allows us to insert a journalist on the set via a live hologram. By inserting our field staff into the discussion at the studio as if they were around us, we are creating real immersion which enriches the vision of CANAL Champions Club.”
