Hospitality & Travel · Hologram hotel
The Holoconnects Holobox makes digital check-in feel personal. A life size holographic host welcomes guests at the front desk while one studio operator covers multiple receptions at once so you keep service consistent, even when staffing isn’t.
One studio. Multiple front desks.
With one recording studio, as little as 10 m², a single operator can serve multiple reception desks simultaneously. That turns the front desk from a fixed-cost staffing line into a flexible network, so you keep a human face on check-in without paying for one at every property and every shift.
The result: consistent service through peak hours, weekends and shortages, and a guest experience that feels personal because it is, there’s a real person on the other side, just not physically behind the desk. For the AI-driven version, which answers on its own rather than relaying a live operator, see hologram receptionist. The questions hoteliers ask about cost, tasks, hotel systems, takeover and data are answered on one page for hotels.
The Holobox uses an 86″ transparent LCD with anti-reflection glass to project a life size 4K hologram of the host. Built-in Bose speakers, a 20-point IR multitouch layer, and optional 4K video conferencing turn a check-in into a conversation rather than a transaction, the kind of moment guests actually remember and tell people about.
The hologram check-in story has been covered widely in the hospitality and tech press:
