The three-stage timeline
Every hologram production runs three stages: capture, process, deploy. Each has its own duration bounded by content complexity and travel logistics.
- Capture (week 1-3). Multi angle recording at the Holoconnects Recording Station in Culemborg or with a mobile rig at your location. Talent scheduling + rehearsal is the main variable here.
- Process (week 3-6). Captured footage is converted into the Holobox playback format. Depth cues, edge treatment, background isolation, and quality checks. Iteration on creative direction happens here.
- Deploy (week 6-8). Content ships with the Holobox for pre recorded playback, or is prepared for live telepresence streaming. Delivery + on site installation are coordinated with your facilities team.
What takes longer
- Multi language capture. Each language is a separate studio session. Talent scheduling multiplies. ITC-ILO deployments with 4-6 language coverage typically add 3-4 weeks.
- Custom AI Hologram characters. Character training (voice, personality, knowledge base), system integration (booking system, CRM, or answering-machine back-end), and testing take 4-8 additional weeks beyond a base capture.
- On-location capture with mobile rig. Travel, venue setup, and coordinated schedule with your talent add 1-2 weeks to the capture stage.
- Full-length keynote or training content. Multi-take content with narrative arc requires more processing time than short form spokesperson content.
What can go faster
- Existing captured footage. If you already have multi angle coverage from another Holobox-format shoot, processing + deployment can happen in 2-3 weeks.
