We record content for the Holobox in one of our studios, focusing on creating 3D holographic visuals that are optimally suited for use as a hologram. This is done with a white screen, studio lights, and a video camera, ensuring high-definition 3D content. Our content creators are specialized in crafting images for holographic display, and for the best quality recordings are ideally done against a white background.
4K live connection
Our 4K live connection lets you broadcast straight from the recording studio to a Holobox anywhere. A speaker presents from New York while standing, life size, in front of an audience in Amsterdam, and a direct audio link lets speaker and audience talk back and forth.

Pre recorded content
With pre recorded content you stay in full control of your holographic video. Capture once in our Culemborg studio or on location, then reuse it continuously, plenty of time to prepare and perfect the performance. Whether it is a short clip or an hour-long speech, speakers can record their message quickly with the help of an autocue.
Beyond personal messages, both 3D and physical products can be shown, and pre recorded content also allows the inclusion of text, QR codes, and other on-screen additions.

How to create hologram content for the holobox?
Step 1: Intake and preparation We discuss the goal of the recording and provide advice on content, clothing, and delivery. Step 2: Script and rehearsal You provide a script and can rehearse in advance, with or without an autocue. Step 3: Studio recording In our studio in Culemborg, you will be guided through a professional recording with optimal lighting and camera setup. Step 4: Editing and optimisation We edit the footage, remove the background, and optimise the content for use in the Holobox. Step 5: Testing and publication Once approved, the content is tested and published to the correct location using our platform.
What does a Hologram box cost?
The life size 86-inch Holobox starts at EUR 25,000 to buy. The range runs from EUR 4,500 for the 22-inch Holobox Mini, through EUR 9,000 for The 43 and EUR 18,500 for The 75, up to EUR 45,000 for a two-unit Hologrid wall. Lease and rental options are available for all of them, and content production is quoted separately. See the full price list for the current 2026 figures.
What’s needed to set up a holographic presenter at an event?
To set up a holographic presenter at an event, you need a Holobox or Holobox Mini, depending on the available space and setting. The content can be pre recorded, live captured, or AI generated, and should be created in a professional studio for the best visual quality. A standard power connection is required, along with optional internet access for remote updates or interactive features. Audio can be played through the Holobox itself or connected to external speakers for larger spaces. Holoconnects supports the installation on site and ensures everything is ready within an hour.
