AI powered hologram "Fatima" comes to life in a Holobox for Capgemini in Abu Dhabi

Holoconnects collaborated with Capgemini on an innovative project in Abu Dhabi, showcasing the potential of holographic technology combined with artificial intelligence. Central to this project was the integration of the Holobox with an AI driven avatar, Fatima, designed to provide information on government-related topics in an engaging and futuristic way.

Fatima, the AI powered holographic guide

Fatima was developed to address common questions about government services in Abu Dhabi. Using advanced AI, she could respond to queries such as "Where can I apply for a new visa?" or "Where can I request a new passport?", fluent in both English and Arabic.

Her natural language capabilities allowed her to provide clear, accurate answers in real time, enhancing the overall user experience for visitors of every linguistic background.

Interactive communication

To make the interaction seamless, Fatima was equipped with voice recognition. Visitors spoke to her through a microphone, pressing the microphone button activated Fatima, initiating an interactive dialogue. The design encouraged engagement and demonstrated the potential of combining holographic displays with AI driven digital humans.

What the project shows

The Abu Dhabi project highlights the growing potential of holographic displays in customer service settings, especially when combined with AI avatars. These technologies provide practical benefits, multilingual communication, quick access to information, and a memorable, futuristic experience for users.
