Holograms, across the whole estate

The enterprise story isn’t one hologram — it’s the same one at every site. A consistent Holobox across a hotel group, hospital network or retail chain, managed from one place, priced for volume. One brand, one content workflow, one support line — whether the estate is five sites or fifty.

One rollout, every location on-brand

A single striking unit proves the concept. The enterprise challenge is keeping fifty of them identical: same look, same up-to-date content, same interactive AI avatar, without sending a team to each site. Content and scheduling are managed centrally by IRIS OS and pushed to the whole fleet; each Holobox is plug-and-play, so a new location comes online in under an hour.

ProvenCIC Hospitality, rollout planned for 30 hotels in Scandinavia

Proven at enterprise scale

CIC Hospitality runs the Holobox as a holographic check-in and concierge in a rollout planned for 30 hotels. A hospital network put it to work too — Crescent Regional Hospital became the first US hospital to connect doctors and patients by hologram. Whatever the sector — hospitality, telehealth, retail, education — the rollout model is the same.

346 customers rate us 9.5/10. From the first US hologram hospital to hotels across Europe.

What is an enterprise hologram deployment?

An enterprise hologram deployment is a rollout of holographic displays across many locations under one programme — a hotel group, a hospital network, a retail chain — rather than a single unit. The units are centrally managed so every site shows consistent, on-brand content, updated in one place, with a support and pricing model built for scale.

Can you manage holograms across many sites centrally?

Yes. Content, scheduling and the interactive AI can be managed centrally and pushed to every Holobox in the fleet, so a 5-site or 50-site estate stays consistent and is updated without visiting each location. Each unit is plug-and-play — power and internet — so new sites come online quickly.

Is there volume pricing for multiple units?

Yes. Multi-unit and multi-site deployments are quoted with volume pricing and can be bought, leased or rented, typically with premium support (faster SLA) for an estate. A rollout is scoped per programme; book a demo and we'll build the numbers with you.

Has this been done at scale?

Yes. CIC Hospitality deployed the Holobox in a rollout planned for 30 hotels in Scandinavia as a holographic check-in and concierge estate. Other enterprise-grade deployments include a hospital network (Crescent Regional Hospital, the first US hospital to connect doctors and patients by hologram) and a holographic wall for BMW with Clear Channel.
